Automated Forklift Entryway Sanitizing System
This system is designed to aid in the sanitizing of wheels on forklifts prior to entering and exiting critical control areas, especially where reduced moisture is advantageous. This system has been designed to provide an uninterrupted uniform distribution of sanitizer solution onto the tire tread surface. The application of sanitizer is initiated by automatic signaling from the controller circuitry, causing the pump to dispense approximately 1.0 ounce of sanitizer evenly split to all nozzles. It’s ready to use sanitizer attaches quickly and safely to the system using out patented Safety Feeds™

Boiler Chemical Feed System
A fully automated PLC driven system. It can switch from standard processing to ORGANIC mode with the push of a button. It eliminates the need to batch up "day tanks" by automatically batching up solution feed tanks based on system application. Treatment levels are maintained much closer than with conventional feed systems to achieve large savings in chemical cost. Its full automation greatly reduces time spent by maintenance personnel.
Cooling Tower Controller
Control the bleed and chemical feed on your cooling towers with this compact fully functional controller. Includes controller, chemical feed pumps, and water meters. Safety controls built in to this unit reduce the chance of overfeed and alert the user when systems need attention.
D.O.T. Approved Portable tanks (IBC's) or Stationary Poly Tanks
When your sanitation needs have grown to the point were drums become to labor intensive to deal with you are faced with this decision. Do we install stationary chemical tanks or do we switch to IBC's.

The application of sanitizer is initiated manually by the operator, causing the pump to dispense approximately 1.0 ounce of sanitizer evenly split to all nozzles. It’s ready to use sanitizer attaches quickly and safely to the system using out patented Safety Feeds™
Portable Foaming Cart
This unit draws the premixed solution from the storage tank and provides thick, wet foam that will cling to vertical surfaces. Foam consistency and volume can be easily regulated to provide just the right amount of foam for each application.

All poly non-corrosive pneumatic tires

Safe-T-Dose 45
Reduce your exposure to hazardous chemicals and reduce the time to dose a tank for CIP with our Safe-T-Dose 45 Portable Chemical Dispensing system. Simply roll the Safe-T-Dose cart to the location of the tank to be cleaned, hook up the Tri Clover water line and open the flow valve. The water driven pump will draw the preset amount of chemical out of the concentrate drum and mix it to the correct level as it is discharged into the vessel to be processed.
Two Step Footwear Sanitizer
Our Two Step, Footwear Sanitizing system allows the worker to sanitize the bottoms of their footwear quickly and easily. There’s no need to install our system or provide any power source to operate. The worker simply steps onto the TWO STEP unit and positions their feet in the gridded openings. Once the worker has positioned their feet they simply push the button to apply a fog type mist to the bottoms of their footwear quickly sanitizing their soles. The 1 gallon F style jug attaches with Kleen Connect Safety Feeds making it easy to remove and carry to the location where the ready to use sanitizer is stored for refilling. The unit has sturdy wheels and the handle can be used to pull it around to any location for quick positioning or to clean out the reservoir.
Waste Water Floc Station (air operated)
This basic system is simple to operate and easy to maintain. It was originally designed to process latex type paint rinse water but is capable of processing a wide range of waste streams. Completely air operated.
